Wizz the pony from the Park Lane Stables in Teddington has started making visits to local children since the start of Britain’s coronavirus lockdown. Led by his groom Daisy, and sporting a haircut showing a rainbow and the letters ‘NHS’ spelled out in blue, families can book in a visit from Wizz in return for a donation to the stables, or they can say hello for free as he makes his way to and from his engagements.
