In 1990, I established name-painting on my classroom wall for those students who had accomplished big goals while attending high school! The first was Dylan Gale, who I mentioned in my original article about the wall years ago on Inspire21.com. I have since written down some other outstanding achievements by …

My 1964 Mercury Comet was moving right along doing 60 on the Schuylkill Expressway, heading toward Haddonfield, New Jersey, from Manayunk, Pa. It was a clear, bright sunny day in May of 1967, with very low humidity and cloudless sky. I was on my way to an interview for the …

I have a friend named Monty Roberts who owns a horse ranch in San Ysidro. He has let me use his house to put on fund-raising events to raise money for youth at risk programs.
The last time I was there he introduced me by saying, “I want to tell you why I let Jack use my horse. It all goes back to a story about a young man who was the son of an itinerant horse trainer who would go from stable to stable, race track to race track, farm to farm and ranch to ranch, training horses. As a result, the boy’s high school career was continually interrupted. When he was a senior, he was asked to write a paper about what he wanted to be and do when he grew up.
Living and Working
Father was a hardworking man who delivered bread as a living to support his wife and three children. He spent all his evenings after work attending classes, hoping to improve himself so that he could one day find a better paying job. Except for Sundays, Father hardly ate a meal together with his family. He worked and studied very hard because he wanted to provide his family with the best money could buy.
Whenever the family complained that he was not spending enough time with them, he reasoned that he was doing all this for them. But he often yearned to spend more time with his family.
Define what you have in mind

Have you ever heard the quote by Mark Twain "The world owes you nothing, it was here first?" A conversation I had today with one of my students got me thinking. Why does everyone think we're just entitled to success? The truth is...
You don't deserve anything.
Yet, you deserve to have it all.
Does that make sense? Two opposites, that at only the highest level of awareness - can you sit at both completely comfortable and content being in both realties. Because both are true. The world is unfortunately set up for your failure. All the odds are against you? But aren't there promises blatantly scribed in the worlds most ancient scriptures proclaiming we are and we become what we seek.
This isn't the Law of Attraction.

Home is where the heart is, where love should be all the time,
Respect and kindness, and peace and joy, that you can say are mine.
It's where in times of illness, concern comes from the heart,
And little acts of goodness, will always be a part.
Home is where there's hope and joy, and laughter does abound.
No matter when, or where, or how, that's where it's always found.
Don't ever let the blues come in, just pray them out the door,

-- By Rick Beneteau
ÔÇ¿ÔÇ¿ÔÇ¿In My Life
I have savored the sweetness of Victory.
ÔÇ¿ÔÇ¿In My Life
I have been Vanquished and know too well the ÔÇ¿bitter taste of Defeat.

In My Life
I have been so overwhelmed with Joy that I thought ÔÇ¿I could not contain it.
ÔÇ¿ÔÇ¿In My Life
I have been so overwrought with Sorrow that IÔÇ¿ believed I could not bear another moment of it.

I have Believed so strongly that no person or ÔÇ¿circumstance could impair my conviction.
Love Is Alive
A Real Life Love Story -- by Mukherjee, Twarita
He came into my life unexpectedly. Sort of like a movie. You know, the kind that leaves you with little tears about to fall from your eyes. A huge lump in your throat, and inspiration. A drive that makes you so sure you will find love out there. (Wishful thinking?)
The Biblez Right
I had on new clothez,
New kickz upon my feet.
I was there for class on time,
Went to the back and took my seat.
